The Tink Project

I was at Target today with my brother and dragged him down the doll aisle. I love dolls and have been looking for the Wedding Sleeping Beauty doll. I saw the Disney Fairy dolls and have a soft spot for Tinker Bell and her new friends. When I saw the Tinker Bell in her arrival dress (if you haven’t read the Never Fairies book, you have no idea what I mean) and on sale! So I ended up with her in my cart with all the cat litter and such. I love 8” dolls and this was too cute to pass up.

My plan for this adorable little deary, is to make her a whole wardrobe of pixie cloths. I love to make costumes, but doing them for myself is pricey. But for dolls! I can get away with fat quarters of beautiful fabrics and trimmings and such! FOR CHEAP!!! CHEAP!!! I made her a little stand and started a dress inspired by some flowers we have planted around the yard. I am even toying with making her shoes to match things since I have a surplus of modeling clay and way to much time on my hands.
